Overview
Endo-urology is the practice of treating urinary tract problems through natural body openings using thin scopes and miniature instruments. Conditions such as kidney stones, ureteric stones, bladder stones and prostate enlargement can often be managed without external incisions. Holmium laser is used to fragment stones (RIRS, URSL) or enucleate the prostate (HoLEP), allowing faster recovery and shorter hospital stay.
